特徴
- ABL2 is a cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase which is closely related to but distinct from ABL1.
- The similarity of the proteins includes the tyrosine kinase domains and extends amino-terminal to include the SH2 and SH3 domains.
- ABL2 is expressed in both normal and tumor cells.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
