Members of the 'frizzled' proten family are 7-transmembrane domain proteins that are receptors for Wnt signaling proteins.
The FZD1 protein contains a signal peptide, a cysteine-rich domain in the N-terminal extracellular region, 7 transmembrane domains, and a C-terminal PDZ domain-binding motif.The FZD1 transcript is expressed in various tissues.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
