The protein binds estrogens with an affinity similar to that of ESR1, and activates expression of reporter genes containing estrogen response elements (ERE) in an estrogen-dependent manner.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Indirect Flow Cytometry and Western Blot.

Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 1:1000Western Blot: 1:1,000Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
