特徴
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, paraffin): 1:200-1:400 using FITC.
- Incubate overnight at 4ºªC
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Positive control:Bouin-fixed paraffin or Stefanini-fixed frozen sections of pig pituitary.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Dilute further in 0.1M PBS, 1% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
