特徴
- Insulin is produced by the B-cells of the pancreatic islets.
- This insulin antibody can be used for the diagnosis of pancreatic B-cell tumors.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:50Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and paraffin without proteolytic treatment): 1:50 using the Indirect method.
- Dilute immediately before use with PBS or TRIS.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Positive Control:Pancreas
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
