特徴

• The extent of expression of basement membrane component collagen IV may be correlated with the degree of differentiation of basement membrane producing neoplasma.
• Neoplastic cells of invasive carcinomas often lack a continuous basement membrane.
• In diagnostic histopathology antibodies to type IV collagen may help to distinguish between non-invasive (benign or in situ) and invasive lesions.
• Furthermore, the antiserum is important in the the differential diagnosis of bullous lesions in dermatopathology.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Acetone fixed frozen sections, formaldehyde fixed, pepsin pretreated paraffin sections): 1:50-1:100 using the Indirect method.
• Dilute immediately before use with PBS or Tris.
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
