特徴

• Collagens are highly conserved across species and are vital in the formation of connective tissues.
• Collagen III is found in most soft connective tissues along with Collagen I.
• Defects in collagen III are associated with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome type 3 and type 4 and with aortic aneurysm abdominal (AAA).
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Dot Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:20 if Peroxidasae labeled secondary is used.
• If FITC is used dilute 1:10.
• Not tested on paraffin
• ELISA: Native human collagen IIIDot Blot: Native human collagen IIIOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• IHC Positive Control:Human kidney, liver, skin, heart
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with 1ml ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
