Collagens are highly conserved across species and are vital in the formation of connective tissues.
Collagen III is found in most soft connective tissues along with Collagen I.
Defects in collagen III are associated with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome type 3 and type 4 and with aortic aneurysm abdominal (AAA).
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:20ELISA: 1:3000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile dH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
