• Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:20 If Peroxidasae labeled secondary is used.
• If FITC is used dilute 1:10.
• Not tested on paraffin

• Dot Blot: Use on native canine collagen I and III
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Immunohistochemistry Positive Control:Canine kidney, skin
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile dH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
