- ACTH may occur in the pituitary adenomas, medullary thyroid carcinomas; bronchial carcinoids, pancreatic islet cell tumors and gastric carcinoids.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:200 using ABC method.
- Dilute immediately before use with PBS or Tris.
- Suitable for frozen sections and paraffin embedded tissues without proteolytic treatment
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Positive Control:Pituitary Gland
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
