特徴
- XIAP-associated factor 1 (XAF1) binds to X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis (XIAP) and antagonizes the anticaspase activity of XIAP.
- XAF1 is expressed in all adult and fetal tissues but is frequently down-regulated in cancer cell lines.
- At least 7 isoforms of XAF1 are produced by alternative splicing.
- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.

- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1ug/ml
- Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin and Formalin): 0.5-1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
- Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
