特徴
- DNA topoisomerase 2 catalyzes the transient breaking and rejoining of double stranded DNA during events such as DNA synthesis and transcription.
- Two forms of this enzyme exist, alpha and beta.
- DNA topoisomerase 2 alpha (TOP2A) is localized to chromosome 17 and the beta gene is localized to chromosome 3.
- At least 4 isoforms of TOP2A are produced by alternate splicing.
- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.

- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
- Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
