特徴

• Synovial sarcoma, X breakpoint 2 (SSX2) proteins may act as repressors of transcription.
• Chromosomal translocations involving SSX2 have been implicated in synovial sarcoma.
• SSX2 is expressed at high levels in testis and at low levels in thyroid.
• At least 2 isoforms are produced by alternative splicing.
• SSX2 isoform 2 is the longer form of this protein.
• Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
