特徴

• Notch 1 is initially synthesized as inactive precursor molecule.
• During maturation, the molecule is cleaved at its extracellular domain.
• Upon binding to a ligand such as Delta1, a C-terminal Notch 1 fragment is released and further cleaved.
• The resulting activated cytosolic fragment translocates to the nucleus where it activates transcription.
• Notch 1 is mostly found in fetal spleen, brain stem and lung tissues and adult lymphoid tissues.
• Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
