• Mas-related G-protein coupled receptor member X1 (MRGPRX1) is an opiod receptor that is uniquely localized in a subset of small dorsal root and trigeminal sensory neurons.
• MRGPRX1 is thought to be involved in the regulation of sensory neurons.
• Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin): 0.5-1.0ug/ml; Heat mediated antigen retrieval is required
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
