特徴
- The C-X-C Chemokine receptor 2 (CXCR-2) is a multi-pass membrane protein that belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family.
- CXCR-2 binds with high affinity to Interleukin-8, CXCL3, GRO/MGSA and NAP-2.
- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.

- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
