• Interferon-induced transmembrane protein 1 (IFITM1) is a multi-pass membrane family belonging to the CD225 family.
• IFITM1 is induced by alpha and gamma interferons.
• Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/mlug/mlImmunohistochemistry (Frozen/araffin): 0.5-1ug/ml.
• Antigen retrieval for paraffin sections is required
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile dH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
