• The integrin family contains at least 18 alpha and 8 beta subunits that form alpha/beta heterodimers.
• The integrin alpha-1 subunit is also known as CD49a and it associates with the beta-1 subunit to form a complex that is a receptor for laminin and collagen.
• Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1-2ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (paraffin and formalin): 1-2ug/ml.
• Antigen retrieval is required
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
