特徴

• The FAS ligand (Fas-L) belongs to the tumor necrosis factor family.
• The full length Fas-L protein has a cytoplasmic domain, transmembrane (Type II) domain and extracellular domain.
• The membrane-bound form of Fas-L is proteolytically cleaved to produce soluble Fas-L.
• There are at least 2 known isoforms of Fas-L produced by alternate splicing.
• Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (paraffin and formalin): 1-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
