特徴

• CD44 is a single-pass type 1 membrane glycoprotein.
• CD44 acts as a receptor for hyaluronic acid (HA).
• Adhesion with HA plays an important role in areas such as tumor growth and progression, lymphocyte activation, recirculation and in hematopoiesis.
• CD44 also interacts with collagen, laminin and fibronectin.
• At least 17 isoforms of CD44 have been identified arising from alternate splicing.
• Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (paraffin and formalin): 1-2ug/ml HIER is required
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

• Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
