• C-C Chemokine Receptor type 7 (CCR-7) is a G-protein coupled receptor for the MIP-3-beta chemokine.
• CCR-7 expression has been found in various lymphoid tissues and activated B- and T-lymphocytes.
• CCR-7 is highly expressed in B-cells infected with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and T-cells infected with herpes virus 6 or 7.
• Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1-2ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (paraffin and formalin): 1-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
