• C-C Chemokine Receptor type 6 (CCR6) is a multi-pass membrane protein and G-protein coupled receptor for chemokines such as MIP-3 alpha.
• CCR6 is expressed in lymphocytes, T-cells and B-cells.
• Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.75ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (FFPE): 0.5-1.0ug/ml.
• Antigen retrieval is required
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
