- Catenin beta is an adherens junction protein and has a role in the regulation of cell adhesion and in signal transduction through the Wnt pathway.
- At least 2 isoforms are produced by alternative splicing.
- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.

- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1ug/mlImmunoprecipitation: 5ug/500ug of lysateOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile dH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
