Apoptosis Inhibitor 5 is an anti-apoptotic factor that is widely expressed with higher levels in heart, pancreas and placenta.
It is also highly expressed in several cancers.
At least 4 isoforms are produced by alternative splicing
Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (ffpe): 0.5-1ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
