• Alpha 2a Adrenergic Receptors (ADRA2A) are multi-pass membrane proteins that belong to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family.
• Their function is to mediate the inhibition of adenylate cyclase through the action of G-proteins.
• Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (paraffin and formalin): 1-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.

• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
