84-1130-42 Heat Shock Protein 90 (hsp90) 100ul H1831-58N
特徴
- Hsp90C is a nuclear-encoded, chloroplast-targeted chaperone of the Hsp90 family.
- In the chloroplast, it is localized to the soluble stroma fractin, but also to thylakoids and low-density membranes containing inner envelopes.
- Hsp90C is expressed under basal conditions and is strongly induced by heat shock and moderately by light.
- It forms dimers that interact with Hsp70B.
- Hsp90C displays a weak ATPase activity that is inhibited by radicicol (1).
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:3000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
