特徴
- Hsp17.7 belongs to the class II family of small heat shock proteins.
- Small Hsps are induced when plant cells are stressed by increased temperature (1).
- How small Hsps protect living cells is not fully understood.
- They seem to be involved in chaperone functions by protecting other proteins from irreversible denaturation.
- Small Hsps are also produced late in the seed maturation process.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot:1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
