特徴

• Bradykinin B1 receptor is generally only minimally expressed under normal physiological conditions, but the expression is induced rapidly under pathologic conditions such as ischemia, atheromatous disease, or exposure to inflammatory cytokines.
• Expression has been reported in brain, colon, kidney, lung, nasal mucosa, pancreas, prostate, skin, spinal cord, and vessel.
• ESTs have been isolated from normal human connective tissue libraries and in human kidney and skin cancer libraries.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1000Western Blot: 2-4ug/ml.
• 2ug/ml staining of K562 lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer).
• Primary incubation was 1 hour.
• Detected by chemiluminescence.
• 35kD band observed in lysates of cell lines Daudi, K562 and U937 calculated MW of 40.5kD according to NP_000701.2
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
