特徴

• Human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG) is a 30kD hormone produced by placental syncytiotrophoblasts.
• hCG acts to maintain the corpus luteum until the developing placenta is able to produce the required levels of estrogen and progesterone.
• hCG shares a common alpha chain with the pituitary hormones FSH, TSH and LH, but has a unique beta chain.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:500-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
