TRPC4AP may participate in the activation of NFKB1 in response to ligation of TNFRSF1A, and may serve as a scaffolding protein to link TNFRSF1A to the IKK signalosome.
There are two named isoforms.

Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:4000Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml detects a ~85kDa band observed in lysates of cell line U937 (calculated MW of 90.0kDa according to human NP_056453.1)

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
