ERLIN1 and ERLIN2 are novel members of the prohibitin family of proteins that define lipid-raft-like domains of the endoplasmic reticulum.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:8000Western Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml detects ~ 38kDa band observed in Human Placenta lysates (calculated MW of 39.2kDa according to NP_006450.2)
