Growth hormone (GH) acts to control body growth and metabolic activity.
Growth hormone is a small peptide hormone released by the anterior pituitary under the control of the hypothalamus.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin), and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:500-1:4,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:500, a band of ~20kD is seen using lysates of human pituitary gland
Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
