特徴

• GAPDH is a major glycolytic enzyme within the cytosol, which is also involved in a number of intracellular processes including membrane fusion, microtubule bundling, phosphotransferase, DNA replication and DNA repair.
• Recent studies have suggested that GAPDH may be involved in the cellular phenotype of age-related neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer’s and Huntington’s disease.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10ug/ml.
• Requires antigen retrival using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.
• Sodium citrate buffer pH 6 is recommended
• Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml.
• Detects a band of ~40kD in HeLa cell lysatesOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Histology Positive Control Tissue:Human liver tissue
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
