• Crossreactivity:Using conjugated SDMA (KLH), antibody specificity was performed with an ELISA test by competition experiments with the following compounds:
• Compound : Cross-reactivity ratio(a)SDMA-BSA: 1ADMA-BSA: 1: >100NDMA-BSA: 1: >100L-Arginine-BSA: 1: >5000
• (a) SDMA-BSA concentration/unconjugated or conjugated amino acids concentration at half displacement
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
