特徴

• Estrogen-related receptor gamma (ERR gamma) is a member of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily.
• The fasting-induced coactivator protein PGC-1alpha has been shown to activate the ERR gamma, and together these proteins have a major role in the regulation of ERR alpha gene expression and energy homeostasis.
• ERR gamma and alpha are co-expressed in high energy demanding tissues such as skeletal muscle heart and kidney, and have been suggested to function in their differentiation.
• ERR gamma has also been shown to be over-expressed in breast tumors, and has been suggested to be a potential biomarker for favourable clinical course and hormonal sensitivity.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment for 20 minutes prior to staining of paraffin sections.
• 0.01M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is recommended
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
