特徴
- DNAse II is an enzyme involved in both the condensation of chromatin and the fragmentation of DNA.
- DNase II is ubiquitously expressed in human tissues.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 5ug/ml.
- Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining paraffin sections.
- Sodium citrate, pH 6.0 is recommended.
- Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml.
- Detects a band of ~40kD in human tissue spleen cell lysate
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
