• BRCA1-associated C-terminal helicase1 (BACH1) is a 82kD nuclear transcription regulatory protein belonging to the bZIP family.
• BACH1 contains basic leucine zipper and BTB-zinc finger domains which are directly involved in DNA binding and for Transcription regulation.
• BACH1 is found in a wide range of tissues and acts as a transcriptional regulator.
• It plays an important role in the coordination of transcription activation and repression by MAFK.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 5ug/ml Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining paraffin sections.
