Paracetamol or acetaminophen, chemically named N-acetyl-p-aminophenol, is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).
Paracetamol is classified as a mild analgesic.
It is commonly used for the relief of headaches and other minor aches and pains and is a major ingredient in numerous cold and flu remedies.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Polarisation Fluoroimmunoassays.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
