84-1118-80 Reg IIIa (Regenerating Islet-derived Protein III alpha, Pancreatitis Associated Protein 2, PAP-2) 100ug R1374-80A
特徴
- Reg III alpha (regenerating gene IIIa) is a secreted, 17kD, type III member of the Reg family, C-type lectin superfamily of proteins.
- It is expressed in intestine and exocrine pancreas, where it may have a protective effect against infection and TNF-a-induced stress.
- Mature mouse Reg IIIa is 149aa in length (aa27-175).
- It is essentially a soluble C-type lectin domain (aa40-173).
- There are four type III genes (a-delta) in the mouse Reg family.
- IIIa has less that 60% aa identity to beta-delta.
- Mature mouse Reg IIIa is 87% and 61% aa identical to rat and human Reg IIIa, respectively.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 0.5-1ug/mlWestern Blot: 1ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C for short-term only.
- Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C.
- Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
