• Expressed in chronic myeloid leukemia cells, adrenal gland, brain, cerebellum, kidney, lung, mammary gland and testis.
• Weakly or not expressed in other tissues.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:16000Western Blot: 0.3-1ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Positive Control:K562 cell line lysates
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
