特徴
- IL2-Ra is one of the three constituent subunits of the IL2 receptor.
- IL2-Ra is released into the serum after increased cellular expression such as increased activation of B and T cells.
- Clinical manifestations of IL2- Ra elevation include autoimmune conditions and some leukemia’s and lymphomas.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
- The detection limit is ~5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
- Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile TBS, 0.1% BSA.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
