PI3-kinase p110 subunit delta (Phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit delta) is a member of the PI3/PI4-kinase family of lipid kinases, implicated in the regulation of signal transduction during cell growth.
PI3-kinase is a heterodimer consisting of a p85 regulatory subunit and a p110 catalytic subunit, which itself is divided into isoforms p110alpha, p110beta, p110delta and p110gamma.
Studies have shown that p110delta is predominantly restricted to leukocytes, exhibits a broad phosphoinositide lipid substrate specificity, and binds to Ras-GTP and p85.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:3000ELISA: 1:75,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
