CCR10 (C-C chemokine receptor type 10), otherwise known as GPR2, (G-protein coupled receptor 2), is a transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family, expressed by melanocytes, dermal fibroblasts, and dermal microvascular endothelial cells, which acts as a receptor for the skin-associated chemokine CCL27 (SCYA27/CTACK), and is implicated in T cell-mediated skin inflammation and possibly skin homeostasis.
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry (paraffin).
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 1:25Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:250ELISA: 1:75000Western Blot: 1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control:Spleen or tonsil.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
