特徴

• E2F’s are DNA-binding proteins that associate with negative regulators, such as the retinoblastoma (Rb) p107, p110 and p130 protein, resulting in an altered rate of gene transcription.
• E2F-4 is regulated by complex formation with Rb p107.
• E2F transcription factors, such as E2F7, play an essential role in the regulation of cell cycle progression (Di Stefano et al., 2003).
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:16000Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/ml.
• Approx 100kD band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum), Kidney and Testis lysates (calculated MW of 99.9kDa according to NP_976328.2)
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Positive Control:Human Skin lysates
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
