特徴
- Recombinant hCRP is produced into culture medium by DNA recombinant procedure in E.
- coli as secretory protein.
- By expressing kil gene, the outer membrane of E.
- coli becomes permeable, allowing Recombinant hCRP to be excreted without cell lysis.
- Recombinant hCRP has similar biological property in terms of Ca2+-binding ability to the native protein, and is purified by affinity chromatography.
- N-terminal amino acid sequence of Recombinant hCRP is the same as that of the native human CRP.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:5000-1:20,000Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
