• It is a cofactor to activated Protein C in the degradation of coagulation factors Va and VIIIa.
• It helps to prevent coagulation and stimulating fibrinolysis.

• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000; Used to detect Protein S in 10ug of mouse liver tissue lysate
• Immunoprecipitation (Previous lot): 1:50,000; Used to detect Protein S in 15ug of normal mouse serum
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
