Ah receptor-associated protein (AIP) is also known as ARA9 and XAP2.
This protein displays structural similarity to the glucocorticoid receptor-associated immunophilin FKBP52.
Although they share significant homology, they have distinct cellular roles and biochemical properties.
AIP is known to affect the potency and efficacy of AHR agonists in the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae as well as having functional consequence on AHR signal transduction.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:64000Western Blot: 0.02-0.06ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
