Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.5ug/ml using SH‑SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line and human lymph node Neutralization: 1.5-7.5ug/ml (ND50) in the presence of 5ug/ml recombinant human Siglec-1/CD169 Fc Chimera
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stablility:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
