特徴

• LMX-1.2 is essential for the specification of dorsal limb fate.
• It is expressed in most of tissues, with highest levels in testis, thyroid, duodenum, skeletal muscle, and pancreatic islets.
• Defects in LMX-1.2 are the cause of nail-patella syndrome (NPS), also known as Onychoosteodysplasia.
• NPS is a disease that causes abnormal skeletal patterning and renal dysplasia.
• LIM homeodomain proteins are characterised by the presence of 2 tandem cysteine/histidine-rich, zinc-binding LIM domains.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
