特徴
- Members of the F-box protein family, such as FBXO27, are characterized by an approximately 40-amino acid F-box motif.
- SCF complexes, formed by SKP1, cullin (CUL1), and F-box proteins, act as protein-ubiquitin ligases.
- F-box proteins interact with SKP1 through the F box, and they interact with ubiquitination targets through other protein interaction domains.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 3 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
